year when can be delivered c/free.

2) Any potential sale to be based upon NSF93 and NSF 2012 respectively
subject to further negotiation.

3) Vsl is to be sold "as is" at the time of delivery - otherwise only
conditions of class (if any) to count which are either to be repaired
by ows prior to dely or buyers and sellers mutually to agree abt a
reduction on price.

4) Dely time and place to be in line with the redelivery time frame
and range respectively as per current c/parties.

5) Incoming indications/offers will be collected by the insolvency
administrator and will be discussed then with the relevant bank in
order to appoint the parties further to negotiate.
