THE VESSEL IS IN DAMAGED CONDITION AND IS UNABLE TO MOVE UNDER OWN
POWER.

FLAG AND CLASS HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWN.
BUYERS WILL NEED TO MAKE THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS TO TOW THE VESSEL, AND
WILL BE RESPONSBLE FOR BUNKERS (ABOUT 70MT) AND LUBOILS (ABOUT 3,850
LITRES) WHICH REMAIN ON BOARD AND ARE INCLUDED IN THE SALE.

the Admiralty Marshal are and will be given in good faith but no
responsibility is accepted for their accuracy. Purchasers must make
their own independent enquiries.

The vessel is at Falmouth, SW England, and is to be sold by sealed
tender, 'as is where is' at the time of sale, on the Admiralty
Marshal's Conditions of Sale. Offers may be submitted in sealed
envelopes marked 'SEA BREEZE' or by fax or email, and should be
received by latest by 1200 hours midday on Thursday 26th February 2015
