The vessel is on t/c to ED & F Man until Sep-Nov 2013 at USD 11,000
per day less 5 percent (owners have a sales clause in the c/p) -
alternatively t/c free delivery is potentially workable (subject to
charterers approval of cancellation).
The Vessel is presently Chengxi Shipyard passing SS/DD - due to rain
delays inspections are invited on 20th Nov with completion on the 22nd
Nov (departure Chengxi).
Upon completion of inspections owners will thereafter invite best
outright offers with delivery by arrangement including the balance
charter (subject to charterers approval of new owners) or on a charter
free basis if preferred.
