Owners further reporting as follows:


we have serviced every electric motor on board, which were sent to
qualified shop, all bearing replaced, cleaned heated and varnish. (30
Units)
The 2 main Generators, the Port Generator and the tail shaft Generator
were also dismounted and sent to shop for service.
The 2 main Generator engine were completely rebuilt in 2012 and we
have all the parts to rebuild the port Generator engine on board (
Pistons, sleeves, Bearing Etc)
We have on board 6 spare Injection pumps for the main engine ready to
be mounted when needed.

Cranes: The 2 cranes are ready to be certified at 30 Tons each. The
electric motors were sent during this dry dock to be serviced
(Bearing, Cleaning and varnish) . The 2 Reduction box were opened,
serviced and bearing replaced.
2 new Cabins were installed. Cables are in good working order and we
have 2 spares on board.

90% of plating was replaced in the wing tanks including structural and
floors. The hold has been treated with Grit Blasting at SA2 and
receives 2 coats of Epoxy paint. The double bottom also was grit
blasted and painted 2 coats.

The Superstructure was grit blasted on Port and Std side and was hand
cleaned and painted fore and aft. Paint and rust was completely
removed on all decks and repainted (2 coats). The roofs on the
ailerons were replaced new.

All the electronics are in good working order with a new radar in 2013
as well as the AIS. All alarm system are in good working order and all
the protection systems in the Engine room are in working order.

Center Flapper on Hold Cover was rebuilt new and all the Flapper
Hydraulic pistons were replaced with new ones. The 4 main McGregor
Hydraulic Pistons (220 mm) were replaced with new ones.

IFO Tank capacity is 331 CBM
MGO capacity is 85.88 CBM
Fresh Water Capacity is 66.52 CBM
Desal Plant produces in excess of 2 CBM/day and FW consumption is abt
1 CBM.

There are 14 cabins on board in very good state.

Vessel can be inspected until Monday 7th July in Havana. We have a
voyage closed from Puerto Padre to Barranquilla, Colombia and
negotiating a voyage from Cienfuegos, Pto Padre, Puerto Cabello,
Venezuela after


SS/DD passed May  2011 Inspectable Caribs.
