Notice of Compulsory Auction

Bailiff   is selling GENERAL CARGO /MV Cleopatra/ (IMO no. 8022872),
owned by Cleopatra Shipping AB  in the auction  environment of the Estonian Chamber
of Bailiffs and Trustees in Bankruptcy  by way of public electronic auction 13.11.2015
(in Tallinn),  START PRICE  – EUR 390.000.

The Vessel   passed   docking and serious upgrading in June-July 2014 at the shipyard
in Tallinn (invested about EUR 300.000) and was prepared for classification survey  but
arrested  by the shipyard due to  the owners failed to pay the repair.

After that  the Vessel  is in hot layup with watch on board, full heating
and maintenance by the shipyard so in very good condition for her age.
