Please note lightering at Chittagong anchorage has commenced but
has been delayed due to heavy rain locally. Owners now expect the
Vessel to shift to berth at Mongla by about 20th June agw, wp, uce.

Owners are still hoping to complete discharge at Mongla within 24th
June in order to have Vessel sail before the long local holidays.

Best inspection would be at Mongla.
